Eligibility for Returns
Due to the hygienic and personal care nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

Product Packaging & Return Condition
For hygiene and safety purposes, any product approved for return must be handed over to the delivery or pickup executive in the same original condition in which it was received.
The original protective laminated or shrink-wrap covering must remain fully intact, sealed, and unopened.
If the protective lamination or shrink-wrap has been opened, removed, cut, torn, damaged, or otherwise tampered with, the product will generally not qualify for a return or refund.
The product must be returned together with all original packaging, accessories, components, labels, and accompanying materials.
The product and its packaging may be inspected during pickup. If the required packaging or seal condition has not been maintained, the return may be refused.
These packaging requirements do not prevent eligible claims involving the delivery of an incorrect product, damage occurring during delivery, leakage, or a genuine manufacturing defect. Such claims will remain subject to verification and any applicable consumer protection or platform policies.
Customers who may wish to request a return are advised to inspect the product and its external packaging before opening or removing the protective lamination.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

Products with broken or removed seals.
Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage.
Requests made after 48 hours of delivery.
Minor variations in packaging or design that do not affect product quality.

Refunds
Once your request is received and approved, we will inspect the claim.
If your refund is approved:
The refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refunds are generally completed within 5–7 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the error was caused by DETERMINE.
Replacement Policy
